With the exception of the following three situations, the company does not provide any personal or financial information to third parties.

We will provide copies of tax returns or other financial information to third parties only with written permission from the client or as otherwise required by law. Steven M. Sykes and H. Morris Gregory are Registered Representatives of H.D. Vest Investment Securities, Inc..  If any investments are placed with us, the client will be asked to sign a "Disclosure Authorization and Customer Agreement". Steven M. Sykes is a Licensed Loan Officer with Global Star Mortgage.  If a client uses his services to finance a purchase or refinance a mortgage, they will be asked to sign a "Servicing Disclosure Statement" and an "Authorization to Release Information".
