With the exception of the following three situations, the company does not provide any personal or financial information to third parties.

• We will provide copies of tax returns or other financial information to third parties with written permission from the client.
• Steven M. Sykes and H. Morris Gregory are Registered Representatives of H.D. Vest Investment Securities, Inc..  If any investments are placed with us, the client will be asked to sign a "Disclosure Authorization and Customer Agreement".
• Steven M. Sykes is a Licensed Loan Officer with Global Star Mortgage.  If a client uses his services to finance a purchase or refinance a mortgage, they will be asked to sign a "Servicing Disclosure Statement" and an "Authorization to Release Information".
